Who do we share your personal information with?
Your data may be accessed by and shared SM’s associated companies.
A number of third party service providers are engaged by SM to assist in the supply of our products, the provision of our services, the operation of our business and the running and maintenance of our systems.
When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. We aim to ensure we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
